Ingredients
  • - 20gr vanilla mousse
  • - 20gr chocolate sponge
  • - 10gr sugar dough
  • - 1 piece of Dory biscuit
  • - 20gr chocolate dark mascarpone Chantilly
RECIPE

. Place chocolate sponge and vanilla mousse onto the sugar dough
. Squeeze a chantilly mascarpone cream wrapping around the cake
. Place one piece of Dory biscuit on a side of the cake
. Add chocolate d├ęcor on top
