Ingredients
- - 20gr vanilla mousse
- - 20gr chocolate sponge
- - 10gr sugar dough
- - 1 piece of Dory biscuit
- - 20gr chocolate dark mascarpone Chantilly
RECIPE
. Place chocolate sponge and vanilla mousse onto the sugar dough
. Squeeze a chantilly mascarpone cream wrapping around the cake
. Place one piece of Dory biscuit on a side of the cake
. Add chocolate décor on top
