  • - 20gr pecan nut chopped
  • - 10gr dark chocolate
  • - 3 pcs of Dory biscuit

Add chocolate butter cream between 3 pieces of biscuit. Next, sprinkle chopped pecan nuts onto the chocolate cream. Layer 3 pieces of Dory biscuit. Place the choco décor on top

  • - 20gr vanilla mousse
  • - 20gr chocolate sponge
  • - 10gr sugar dough
  • - 1 piece of Dory biscuit
  • - 20gr chocolate dark mascarpone Chantilly

Place chocolate sponge and vanilla mousse onto the sugar dough. Squeeze a chantilly mascarpone cream wrapping around the cake. Place one piece of Dory biscuit on a side of the cake. Add chocolate décor on top
